I have been stuck with writers block! So many ideas swirling in my head, but, when I start to write, I either goo blank or decide it sounds stupid.

Tonight, I decided heck with it, I’m just going to write my day!

My mornings start off with Coffee!! During this time, I check messages, team pages, and scroll facebook for a bit.

Then, I go through my list of affirmations, and write down 10 things I’m thankful for in my life.

After that, I turn on an audio book, check my planner, and do about an hour or so of work.

Today, I put together business info folders. Let me know if you’d like one!

Next in my day is Munchkin’s schoolwork, lunch, and finish school. My husband usually comes in for lunch, so we get to spend time with him.

Today was beautiful, so we loaded up a couple of our dogs and went for a hike this afternoon.

I love my business! It allows me to spend my days with my kids, and go do fun things!

But, I do have to actually spend some time working it – you can’t treat your business like a hobby and expect to make real money at it. Granted, I do not have to spend 8 hours a day chained to my desk. In fact, this morning, I set my printer for everything I needed for the folders, then, went outside. It is great!

Does anyone do time blocks? Do you have any tips? That is what I’m working on doing with my daily, personal schedule.

Is this day over yet?

Today has felt like several days rolled into one. Very long, very busy, but really don’t feel like I have actually accomplished anything but cleaning up pee. All day. Munchkin managed to go through every pair of panties she has. This morning, I thought, ‘yay! I don’t have to wash the oldest’s bedding!’ But, then, he took a nap this afternoon. And our stupid male dogs have recently started marking territory in the house! This new development with them is really ticking me off!
On the lighter side, munchkin is so silly!  Today, she came up to me and informed me that she wants to try on the glass slipper. She hasn’t watched Cinderella in a few days. A few days ago, she asked the oldest’s girlfriend for milk ‘with chocolate and strawberry’ then, got upset because she used a spoon to stir it. Munchkin likes her milk shaken, not stirred!
Here’s some shots from today that I liked.

Well, I was going to post some photos, but, they won’t upload!  Maybe tomorrow. 🙂

Stupid dogs!

I take baby girl outside to play. She’s busy emptying her pool, one toy teapot at a time, while I’m relaxing and maybe I’ll even get a tan this year. All of a sudden, all of our big dogs start making concerned ‘what is this?’barks from the side yard. We’re talking about a German shorthair pointer, and 3 pointer/lab mixes. Not small dogs!
I reluctantly get up to investigate. They are all circled around something, noses down, hesitantly stepping forward than jumping backwards. All of them. All I could think of was ‘SNAKE!’ I am deathly afraid of snakes! First instinct was grab baby girl and just stay in the house, but yet, I couldn’t see anything.
So, I start hesitantly stepping forward, ready to jump back -like the dogs, but I wasn’t barking, I was just ready to Scream and run. And I don’t run.
The dogs keep taking turns, snapping into the center of their circle and jumping back, while I cautiously inched forward, thinking of the story my friend told me just this morning about a rattlesnake in her yard, striking at her German shepherd.
I finally got close enough to see what was causing all the commotion, relaxed and instantly started laughing and calling them all idiots.
The source of all the commotion was an innocent piece of plastic, probably knocked unnoticed out of my son’s work truck.
