In other news, my oldest son’s appt went great! We don’t go back until October!
My #Shred10 this month ended up being more of a #Shred9 I completely blew my last day – forgot to pack shake and capsules, and gorged myself on enchiladas, chips and dip at Ted’s. Lol
But, I am working on keeping up with better eating habits! I really did feel better during it! And, hey! Lost a few pounds without even really trying!
