Monthly Archives: July 2017

Busy, but good day!

Posted free drawing contests in both my Posh group and Colorstreet group,  worked on some photo editing,  and always laundry!

This afternoon, Munchkin and I had a water balloon fight.  The teenager showed up during it, so she snuck up on him when he got out of the pickup. Of course, he and his friend joined in with us for the last few filled balloons.

Munchkin’s reading lesson went very well today! She was so proud of herself. I love it!

She wanted star nails this evening,  so I did Colorstreet on all fingers for first time on her.  It only took 2 1/4 strips! We’ll be able to do both of our hands from one package, and still have left over strips!

Heatwave

Not my photo, just one I found online that fits. My dogs won’t leave the a/c long enough to get silly pics of them outside. I can’t say as I blame them.  Spoiled babies.

For the past couple of years,  we have had several beautiful looking tomato plants, but very few tomatoes.  And I mean, very few.

This year, we have 2 of the most pitiful looking plants ever! They seriously have looked like their on deaths door for the past couple of weeks, and we cannot figure out what’s wrong with them,  but, we are getting lots of tomatoes!

These are what Munchkin picked today!

On the business front,  I started Perfectly Posh purely for myself,  I wanted the products in the starter kit & the discount for myself, and somehow, it has turned into a successful business that I absolutely love.

I signed with Juiceplus recently,  again, for the personal discount, and hopefully can get enough sales to pay for our own usage. (Had to do something to offset the cost with 3 adults in the house!)

Now,  I’ve added Colorstreet nails.  This time because yes, I am super incredibly impressed with them, and am using personally,  and, for me, they are another way of pampering and taking time for ourselves, but, I also am looking at the business opportunity & the challenge.  Let’s see if I can do as well with this as I’ve done with Posh. Lol Seriously, I am beyond impressed with these 100% nail polish strips that aren’t messy and are not only easy to apply, they’re also easy to take off.

Ok, I’m off to go do a reading lesson with Munchkin, and at some point, mop this nasty floor! Y’all have a great day!

Online shopping

So, can online shopping be considered a hobby? If so, Hey! I have a hobby!! Lol

Check out my new favorite shirt!

In other news, my oldest son’s appt went great! We don’t go back until October!
My #Shred10 this month ended up being more of a #Shred9 I completely blew my last day – forgot to pack shake and capsules,  and gorged myself on enchiladas,  chips and dip at Ted’s. Lol

But, I am working on keeping up with better eating habits! I really did feel better during it! And, hey! Lost a few pounds without even really trying!

Appointments

The oldest, Munchkin, & 1 of my teenage nieces are a couple hours from home today, oldest has his monthly appt.  Last month, his Dr said based on his progress, she fully expects to go to once every 3 months instead on monthly after this one.

He’s been doing really good, so I’m expecting to not have to make this drive so often.

#Shred10 Day 5

It’s been a busy week! Munchkin has had dance camp every morning,  it’s close to an hour drive one way.  Today was their performance day.  A whole bunch of cute little trolls!

I have been feeling really good doing this #Shred10!! The shakes taste good, plain or mixed with fruit, and they’re very filling!

I will admit, my husband’s chips & dip were nearly my downfall a couple days ago, but,  I stayed strong and resisted.  It’s only 10 days,  I can do this!

Yes,  I will continue the shakes and capsules, but, won’t be restricting my diet quite so much.  (I will be eating chips and dip!)

Oh, hey!!! I received my first check from #JuicePlus! That was pretty cool!

My plans this weekend include relaxing, pampering myself, and rejuvenating!

#Shred10 Day 1

I survived! Lol

Surprisingly, I didn’t even have the lack of caffeine headache I expected!

I did ‘cheat’ a little bit, and had a few sips of my husband’s iced tea tonight.

Munchkin’s first day of dance camp was also today! She loved it, and can’t wait for tomorrow.

I used that time to post in facebook party, on team page, and touch base with a downline.

Monday

I saw this today, and just love it!! A positive outlook goes a very long way towards your success at anything!!

I was thinking, maybe I should start sharing my crazy days? After all, I did title this Adventures of Wahm.

Started the day off with coffee on my front porch.  Then, threw in some laundry.

Chatted with Juice Plus upline, and a few Perfectly Posh  downline.

Watched a FB  Live in Premier group.  Very, very exciting announcement about an addition to our pay plan!!! (You should so join my team now and get in on this!!)

Updated my team on what I could share then, and teased what wasn’t allowed to announce yet.

Fixed lunch, and spent a couple hours talking to husband and kids at home, played with Munchkin.

Cleaned house and always more laundry.

Got another Juiceplus order.  (Go me &the oldest! 3 days in and 3 orders! Ha ha)

Was finally able to announce and discuss the addition to Posh pay plan,  so answered several questions on that.

Supper, relaxing evening with the fambam, part of it was watching the cool lightening tonight!

Then made samples from a couple posh products, and here I am!

And now, it’s bedtime!

Nite, all!

Life is good

Really don’t have anything to say, just trying to get into habit of posting here consistently.

Had my coffee on the front porch this morning, it was so nice out!

Got some laundry done, but, most of the day was spent out on the front porch, just relaxing and enjoying family time.

I miss my photography, and since oldest son is doing so much better, my husband and I decided it’s time to get that up and running again. So I did whip up a reopening special advertisement this afternoon.

More laziness this evening,  but, I did open up my planner and have part of the upcoming week wrote down.
